The bokeh is a little too much in my eyes since it takes away from the painterly feeling of the image, but on the whole it's really vibrant and full of energy and attidude. Love it!

Critiques
The splatter adds a really nice rough effect, and I love the busy-ness of the center with the rough brush strokes and textures. Everything fades out really well going to the bottom, becoming lighter, and the different colours and textures and brush strokes just adds to the overall effect. This is a small point but one thing I really like is the orangey-red starting on her face and it fades away. I don't know, it just adds more colour and something to this piece.
I'm trying desperately to find faults here but I can't seem to find any. Maybe the orange and black splatter below the face on the right clashes a bit with the dark blue, but thats a very very very trivial point because the orange doesn't clash with the blue in other areas.
It's a really beautiful photo to start with, what with the artistic makeup around the eyes and the pretty girl.
Sorry for just heaping praise onto it, but I can't help but doing so.
