We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Our objective is to recognise deviants who deserve more recognition and to feature deviations with less than 10 original comments. The 0-5 Comments Issues feature a deviant as well as 3 deviations with less than 5 original comments from a wide selection of art. Critiques
Now before I write this, I swear I am NOT biased, I really am not! lol Now to dive in......but I had to clear that up first, even though I think the world of you!
I think I am in love with this shot, let's be frank as hell here, flower shots on DA are all over the place, to say it is a well covered subject would be an understatement, so it really has to be something special that stands out. Something that sets the mark.
The composition works well with the square orientation and the detail, seriously is just remarkable. I am simply drooling over the textures in this, it is like one can reach out and touch it! Every little fine ridge in the curves.... outstanding.
The exposure is outstanding, really a lot of zones in this shot, the darks are dark and the highlights are dead on, right where they should be at, and not even clipped but naturally highlighted.... as I said to you, it has an incredible mood and atmosphere about it, romance meets aged, in the feeling that it portrays, it is VERY creative and unique.
Dead serious hon, this is utterly outstanding and one of my favorite color flower shots I have seen on all of DA or anywhere else for that matter. It just honest to God has it...period. The depth, exposure, detail, sharpness, composition, it is a textbook shot.
Suggestion wise----
Sign the damn thing hon! It deserves your signature! This is one you should be proud to show off, and proud of the fact that you took it! You honestly blew the lid off with this shot. I am proud of you!
