Awesome texture and idea.. although it does seem a tad macabre x.x

The only criticism I can think of .. is that I don't know how the heart is placed on the paper. There's nothing there to pin it up (unless it's using some peculiar glue o.o) and the shadowing isn't perfect for it to be a bird-eye view.

Great grungey feel! I love the text on it.
